Contact

The short answer

There is one address and it reaches the publisher directly: contact@whichwarmup.com. No form, no ticket system, no autoresponder. A sourced correction is the most useful message you can send, and it changes the page rather than earning a polite reply.

The address

contact@whichwarmup.com is the only contact channel for this site. It is a real mailbox that forwards to the publisher's own inbox, and it is read by a person rather than a helpdesk.

There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would mean collecting your details into some third-party service to do the job an email address already does. Writing directly means you keep the copy, you know exactly what you sent, and nothing about you passes through a tool we would then have to disclose.

Expect a human, not a service level. One person answers, so there is no guaranteed response time. Corrections get acted on before they get replied to: it is common for the page to change first and the reply to follow.

What to send, and what happens to it

What happens to your message
If you write aboutWhat we do with it
A price or limit that looks wrongWe open the vendor's page, and if you are right the registry changes and every page using that figure changes with it. Send the vendor URL if you have it.
A factual error or a broken linkFixed at the next build. Tell us which page.
A tool that should be coveredRead, and weighed against whether we can source its pricing publicly. We cannot promise coverage.
A vendor asking about affiliate termsRead. Note that coverage is not for sale here and a programme does not change a verdict; see the disclosure.
Guest posts, link exchanges, sponsored placementDeclined without a reply. The site publishes nothing it did not write.

What we cannot help with

Being clear about this saves you the wait for an answer that would not come.

  • Your account with a vendor. We have no relationship with these companies, no access to your account and no way to escalate a ticket. Billing, cancellations and refunds go to the vendor's own support.
  • Diagnosing your domain. We cannot look at your sending, your records or your placement, and we will not guess at them from a description. The diagnostic exists so you can do that part yourself against observable checks.
  • Guaranteeing an outcome. Nobody can promise your mail will land, and we will not do it by email either.

What happens to your message

Your mail arrives in the publisher's personal inbox and stays there. It is not fed into a CRM, a mailing list or a support tool, it is not used to send you anything you did not ask for, and it is not passed to any vendor mentioned on this site. If you ask us to delete your message, we delete it. The wider picture is on the privacy page.

Questions people also ask

How do I report a wrong price?

Email contact@whichwarmup.com with the page and, if you have it, the vendor URL that shows the correct figure. Sourced corrections change the registry and propagate to every page that uses the number.

Can you help with my deliverability problem?

Not individually. We cannot see your domain, your records or your sending, and we will not guess. The diagnostic on this site walks you through the same checks against things you can observe yourself.

Do you accept guest posts or sponsored links?

No. The site only publishes what it wrote itself, and placement is not for sale. Those messages are not answered.
